Functions & Responsibilities:

3. Event Logistics:
• Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue arrangements, technical support, participant registration, and materials distribution.
• Ensure the availability of required audio-visual equipment, internet access, and other logistical necessities.
4. Financial Management:
• Prepare event budgets, manage funds, and seek external sponsorships if needed.
• Ensure that all events are cost-effective and meet financial guidelines of Capital University.

• Promote seminars and workshops through various communication channels, including the university’s website, social media, and printed materials.
